Terms of Service

1. Welcome to RSR Ventures

Thank you for using our products and services. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you use the Services for a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

In these Terms, “RSR Ventures”, “we”, “our”, and “us” mean RSR Ventures Pte. Ltd. “Services” means the games, applications, products, content, websites, and related services that we operate. “User Content” means content you submit through a Service. “Virtual Items” means in-game currencies, points, or digital items, where offered.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as our Services and applicable laws evolve. We will publish the revised Terms here and update the date above. Material changes may also be communicated within a Service. Your continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live. If you are below the age of majority, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your use. A specific Service may set a higher minimum age or additional eligibility rules.

You are responsible for information provided through your account, keeping your credentials secure, and activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised. You must also comply with the terms of any platform through which you access a Service, including Apple, Google, or a social network.

4. Using our Services

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not:

• break the law, infringe another person’s rights, or facilitate harm;
• interfere with, disrupt, exploit, or manipulate a Service;
• use bots, cheats, automation, scraping, or unauthorised software;
• reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except where law permits;
• access another person’s account or misrepresent your identity; or
• use the Services commercially without our written permission.

We may investigate suspected violations and limit, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Services, or legal rights.

5. Ownership and limited licence

The Services and their software, design, text, graphics, audio, features, and other content are owned by or licensed to RSR Ventures and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence above, these Terms do not transfer any right, title, or interest to you.

If a Service allows User Content, you retain your ownership rights. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, improve, secure, and promote the relevant Service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this licence. Our handling of personal data in User Content is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content and interactions

You are responsible for your User Content and interactions with other users. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, deceptive, confidential without authority, malicious, or infringing. Public content may be seen, copied, or used by others, so do not post information you wish to keep private. We may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

7. Payments, subscriptions, and Virtual Items

Some Services may offer purchases, subscriptions, or Virtual Items. Prices, billing periods, and material conditions will be shown before purchase. Transactions made through an app store or payment provider are also subject to that provider’s terms and refund process.

Virtual Items are licensed, not sold, have no cash value outside the applicable Service, and may not be sold or transferred unless we expressly allow it. We may change or discontinue Virtual Items where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Promotions and offers

Promotions, contests, trials, loyalty programmes, and special offers may have additional rules. If those rules conflict with these Terms for that promotion, the specific rules will control. Offers may be modified or withdrawn where permitted by law.

9. Third-party services and advertising

A Service may link to or integrate third-party platforms, content, advertisements, or tools. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services, though applicable law may provide you with rights against the relevant provider.

10. Copyright notices

If you believe material in a Service infringes your copyright, email us at contact@ramanujans.net with your contact details, identification of the protected work and disputed material, its location, the basis of your claim, and a statement that the information supplied is accurate and submitted in good faith.

11. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them without restriction or compensation. Please do not send confidential information through general feedback channels.

12. Service availability and termination

Services may change, require updates, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not promise that every Service will always be available. You may stop using a Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, liability, and dispute provisions—will survive.

13. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties that may lawfully be excluded. We do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RSR Ventures and its officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from use of the Services. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

14. Governing law and disputes

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights you have under local law, the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or the Services.

15. General terms

If a provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent required, and the remaining provisions will continue. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganisation, financing, merger, or transfer of a Service. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. These Terms and any applicable feature terms form the entire agreement about your use of the Services.
