This can include platform identifiers, purchase verification, settings you chose to share, attribution data, and information used to prevent fraud or measure a campaign.
This website’s contact form does not submit data to a website server; it opens your email application with your message prepared. Your email provider will process that message under its own terms.
3. Why we use personal data
We process personal data to:
- create and maintain accounts and provide requested Services;
- verify purchases, deliver entitlements, and process requests;

- show and measure advertising where a Service uses advertising.
Depending on where you live and the activity involved, we rely on consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or our legitimate interests and those of others. Where we rely on legitimate interests, we consider the impact on your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual limits and reasonable notice.
4. Who may receive data
Other users
If a Service includes profiles, leaderboards, chat, forums, or other social features, information you make public can be seen and used by others. Avoid including personal or confidential information in a public username or post.
Service providers and partners
Vendors may process data for hosting, app distribution, payments, customer support, analytics, advertising, security, and fraud prevention. We require providers acting for us to protect data and use it only for authorised purposes. Independent partners may process data under their own privacy policies.
Corporate and legal disclosures
We may disclose data when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect people or rights, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests. Data may also be transferred as part of a financing, reorganisation, merger, acquisition, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data for money.
5. International transfers
We and our providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use contracts or other safeguards designed to provide a comparable standard of protection. For data transferred from Singapore, we take steps required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. European transfers may use adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or another recognised mechanism.
6. Retention and security
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including providing a Service, maintaining business and transaction records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. Retention periods depend on the type of data, the Service, sensitivity, and applicable law.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use strong credentials and contact us if you suspect unauthorised account access.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or information about use and disclosure; to object to certain processing; to withdraw consent; or to complain to a regulator. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before acting.
- Push notifications: change notification settings on your device or within the Service.
- Personalised advertising: use in-app consent tools or your device’s privacy and advertising settings where available.
- Account deletion: use the option in the relevant Service or email our privacy contact.
We aim to respond within the period required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfil a request, we will explain why where required.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Our Services may use cookies, local storage, software development kits, pixels, and similar technologies to remember settings, operate features, measure performance, prevent fraud, and—where applicable—deliver or measure advertising. Browser or device controls can limit some technologies, although doing so may affect functionality. Where law requires consent, we will request it before using non-essential technologies.
9. Children
A Service may specify an age requirement appropriate to its audience. We do not knowingly collect personal data from a child below the applicable minimum age without legally valid parental consent. If you believe a child has provided data contrary to this Policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
10. Regional disclosures
Residents of certain jurisdictions—including the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, California, other US states, and Canada—may have additional rights under local law. This can include information about categories of data collected, sources, purposes, recipients, and rights to access, correct, delete, opt out, limit certain uses, or appeal a decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
To make a request or obtain the disclosures applicable to a specific Service and region, email our privacy contact and identify your country or state and the relevant Service.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy as our Services and legal obligations evolve. We will publish the updated version here and revise the date above. Where appropriate, we will provide additional notice of material changes through the relevant Service.
